We all experience many transitions in our life. Some are expected along the journey and others hit us at unexpected times. As a coach it's a holy privilege to come alongside people to navigate a wilderness season. Together we can find hope and learn new tools to not only survive but thrive.
I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and a Masters Degree in Family Life Education. In 2020, I became certified by American Association of Christian Counselors as a Mental Health Coach. I enjoy teaching, training, and working with women in their unique season of life. As God’s delightful daughters, we experience a variety of transitions throughout our lifespan. Along the journey, some are expected benchmarks while others surprisingly leave us in an unexpected wilderness season.
It is a holy privilege to come alongside women to navigate the next season or a time through the wilderness. As we journey together we can find hope as well as learn new tools to not only survive but thrive.
I love teaching and I passionately love camp and outdoor retreats! I love all things WARM water and enjoy making new memories on marriage and family adventures. By God's grace, I celebrate being married to my husband for over 25 years. We have three adult children and we live in the beautiful Flathead Valley of Montana.
People typically describe me as a
About God: I believe in one God who exists in three distinct persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. I believe in Jesus Christ as my personal Savior and as the eternal Son of God, who became man and lived and died and rose again to atone for the sins of those who trust in Him alone for their salvation. He has forgiven my sins once and for all and redeemed me from eternal separation from God. (Acts 4:10-12).
About the Scriptures: I believe the scriptures of the Old and New Testaments to be the inerrant Word of God, inspired by the Holy Spirit, and the only infallible rule and divine authority in all manners of faith and life. (11 Timothy 3:16-17).
About Humanity: For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and are justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus (Romans 3:23-24).
About the Christian Life: As believers, we are being conformed to the likeness of Christ Jesus through the power of the Holy Spirit (Romans 8:29).
About the Church: I believe Jesus Christ is the head, that the church is the body of Christ. The members of the church are those who have trusted by faith the finished work of Christ. The purpose of the church is to glorify God by loving him and loving and serving one another (1 Cor. 12)
